Yes,  it’s a free government grant for those on any of the benefits listed above of up to £10,000 (homeowners), and you don’t have to pay anything back.

Even if the government don’t qualify you for the £10,000 grant. The government may still provide up to £5000 (homeowners and landlords) for any of the measures above, but you have to contribute 1/3 of the costs.

We’ll help you every step of the journey.

The process involves obtaining quotes for the items that you want from a certified company, and applying through a government portal where we will help you with the application.

The Grant is in the form of government vouchers which covers labour, materials and VAT.

As long you are within the £10,000 grant, then you pay nothing unless you request more items that take the total above the £10,000 limit.

If you don’t meet the requirements for the £10,000 grant, you may still be eligible for the £5000 grant (homeowners and landlords) where you have to contribute 1/3 of the costs.

Certified companies that are on the government website (simpleenergyadvice.org.uk) can only undertake the works (green homes initiative).
